Description:
Built in about 1870 for worshippers who come to pay their respects to the Jade Emperor. The unwary tourist could easily miss the tiny red (red being the colour of prosperity for the Chinese) temple, for she certainly looks her age. Although maintained by the Tua Peh Kong Management Committee, it is easy to see her glory days are over as all she has to offer visitors are broken tiles and jaded joss-stick holders.
