Description:
Located at the corner of a tiny roundabout, this 100-square-foot temple is the final destination of devotees during the Thaipusam procession. The locals affectionately nickname it the "Elephant Temple." Legend has it that in 1997, a miracle occurred in which the Elephant God statue started drinking milk offered by devotees. Flanked by bright-green gates, the interior is thronged by fresh strings of garlands in a myriad of colours.
